The Brockton High School Choirs

Harmonics

The Brockton High School Harmonics is one of the oldest show choirs in Massachusetts. Founded in the early 1980s by former choral director, Penny Knight, Harmonics is an elite ensemble of 18 performers from Concert Choir who sing and dance. With musical direction by Mr. Matthew Cunningham and choreography by Mrs. Jackie Parenteau, this auditioned ensemble rehearses Tuesday evenings from 6:00-8:30pm and performs at various events throughout the Brockton area. Most notably, Harmonics has been performing at the annual Bay State Show Choir Festival at Oliver Ames High School in Easton for over 25 years. Additionally, they perform at the Choral Concert and were the feature entertainment at Mayor Bill Carpenter's 2014 Inaugural Ball.
